Start at the system boundary.

Identify one source or workflow, the information it would expose and the actions in scope. A useful integration conversation begins with those boundaries and the team responsible for them.

Make authority explicit.

SAMANTHA’s design distinguishes an expressed need, a proposed next step and an authorized action. An evaluation should examine identity, access, approval, failure handling and the evidence left by each interaction.

Define what has to pass.

Set acceptance criteria for the actual environment: a versioned interface contract, permission tests, operational traces and clear ownership. Confirm the available capability and dependencies before agreeing a deployment scope.
